Interior Designers in Anand Niketan, New Delhi

We deliver turnkey home interiors in Anand Niketan and the surrounding South Delhi colonies — single-point responsibility for design, manufacture and site, on builder-floor apartments where finish tolerance is the whole game.

We work across Shanti Niketan, Westend, Vasant Vihar, Malcha Marg and the wider New Delhi area.

Anand Niketan is builder-floor territory: well-proportioned apartments in low-rise blocks, bought finished to a developer standard that rarely survives contact with how a family actually wants to live.

The work here is almost always a full strip and rebuild of the interior, and the thing clients care about most is not the concept. It is whether the finish holds up at close range — reveals that stay parallel, stone joints that line through, shutter gaps that are the same width at the top and the bottom.

Why we run these turnkey

A builder floor has a hard ceiling on how much noise and how many trades the block will tolerate. Splitting the job between a designer, a contractor and separate vendors puts the coordination burden on you and turns every slipped date into an argument about whose fault it was.

Turnkey means one drawing set, one programme and one team answerable for handover.

Built, not rendered

Our Anand Niketan residence is a completed turnkey home in this colony — book-matched marble, warm walnut joinery and layered lighting across every room. The photography is the finished flat.

Book-matching is worth calling out because it is a scheduling decision disguised as an aesthetic one. Matching veining across a living room and a bathroom means buying the block and slabbing it together at the start. It cannot be added at finishing stage.

Getting the number right early

We would rather give you a real range at survey than a low one that grows. The cost per sq ft guide explains what actually moves the figure — joinery volume and natural stone, mostly — and the modular kitchen calculator prices that element on its own.

Anand Niketan interior design — common questions

What does turnkey actually include?
Design, drawings, civil and electrical work, joinery manufacture, stone, painting, lighting, and installation to handover — with one team accountable for the date. The alternative is coordinating a designer, a contractor and three vendors yourself, which is where most delays and blame-shifting come from on a builder floor.
Can you match book-matched marble across rooms?
Yes, but it has to be bought as a block and slabbed together, and that decision sits at the very start of the programme rather than at finishing stage. If book-matching matters to you, say so at the first meeting — retrofitting it later means re-buying stone.
How disruptive is the work for neighbours on a builder floor?
Manageable if it is sequenced. Wet cutting, grinding and core drilling get front-loaded into the noisy phase and scheduled inside permitted hours; the later weeks are dry-fit joinery and finishing, which is quiet. Debris removal is scheduled rather than left to accumulate on the landing.
Do you take on single rooms or only whole homes?
Whole homes and full floors are where turnkey earns its keep. We do take defined single-room work — a kitchen, a wardrobe run, a bedroom — through the modular and bespoke furniture side, where scope and price are far easier to fix in advance.
