In-House Paint Booth & Finishing

Painted and PU finishes are where most modular work is sent out to third parties. We keep it in-house — an enclosed spray booth with drying capacity and a dedicated paint team give us a controlled, dust-free finish and full control over quality.

Capabilities

  • Enclosed spray paint booth for a dust-controlled finish
  • Drying capacity for a properly cured coat
  • Dedicated in-house paint workshop and team
  • Matte, satin, and gloss painted and PU finishes

What It Means For You

  • Smooth, even, factory-grade finish
  • No transit damage between workshop and site
  • Consistent colour and sheen across the whole project

The finish most firms hand to someone else

Spray-painted and PU finishes are demanding. They need a clean, dust-free environment, controlled application, and proper drying — which is exactly why most modular firms send shutters out to a separate paint shop and hope they come back right, undamaged, and on time.

We built the capability in-house instead. Our enclosed spray booth keeps dust and airborne particles off the wet surface, our drying capacity lets each coat cure properly, and a dedicated paint team applies the finish with the consistency that comes from doing the same work, to the same standard, every day.

Why keeping it in-house matters

When painting happens under our own roof, three things improve at once. The finish is cleaner, because it is applied in a controlled booth rather than an open workshop. There is no transit damage, because panels are not trucked to an outside painter and back. And colour and sheen stay consistent, because the same team mixes and sprays the whole project.

A finish that holds up

A booth-applied, properly dried finish is more than a smooth surface on day one. It resists wear, cleans easily, and keeps its colour — so kitchens and wardrobes still look considered years after installation.

Manufacturing FAQs

Common questions about our in-house modular furniture manufacturing unit.

Do you manufacture furniture in-house or outsource it?

We manufacture in-house. Cutting, pressing, edge banding, boring, and painting all happen in our own facility, which lets us control quality and timelines rather than depending on third-party workshops.

Which machines do you use?

Our unit runs a panel saw and beam saw with CNC nesting, router and profiling equipment, a cold press for lamination, automatic edge banding, multi-boring for hardware, and an enclosed spray paint booth with drying, supported by dust extraction and compressed-air systems.

Does in-house manufacturing improve the finish?

Yes. Machine cutting and boring give square panels and precise joints, automatic edge banding produces seamless edges that resist peeling, and our own paint booth delivers a consistent, durable finish with no transit damage.

Can you handle both standard and custom pieces?

Yes. Our machinery handles repeatable modular components efficiently, while the same setup lets us produce custom sizes and finishes when a project needs bespoke elements.

Where do you deliver from the unit?

Our unit is in Delhi NCR and we manufacture and deliver for projects across Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida, as well as for out-of-state projects elsewhere in India.
