Cold Press Lamination

Surfaces are only as good as the bond beneath them. Our cold press applies even, sustained pressure across the whole panel so laminates and veneers stay flat and fully adhered for the life of the furniture.

Capabilities

  • Hydraulic cold pressing of laminates and veneers onto substrates
  • Even, full-surface pressure across the whole panel
  • Suitable for ply, MDF, and particle-board substrates
  • Controlled pressing time for a complete cure

What It Means For You

  • Flat panels with no bubbles or lifting
  • Bonds that hold up to daily use and humidity
  • A clean base for edge banding and finishing

A bond that has to last for years

The laminate or veneer you see on a wardrobe shutter or kitchen cabinet is only as durable as the glue line holding it to the board underneath. A poor bond shows up over time as bubbles, lifted corners, and edges that catch and peel.

Our cold press solves this by pressing the surface material to its substrate under even pressure across the entire panel, held for a controlled time so the adhesive cures fully. The result is a panel that stays flat and stays bonded.

Why cold pressing suits this work

Cold pressing applies steady, distributed pressure without introducing the heat stresses that can warp certain boards or finishes. For the laminated and veneered panels that make up most modular furniture, it produces a reliable, consistent bond across the whole surface — not just at the centre or the edges.

Feeding a clean finish

A well-pressed panel is the foundation for everything that follows. Flat, firmly bonded boards edge-band cleanly, hold their finish, and assemble without the surprises that come from surfaces that were never properly adhered in the first place.

Manufacturing FAQs

Common questions about our in-house modular furniture manufacturing unit.

Do you manufacture furniture in-house or outsource it?

We manufacture in-house. Cutting, pressing, edge banding, boring, and painting all happen in our own facility, which lets us control quality and timelines rather than depending on third-party workshops.

Which machines do you use?

Our unit runs a panel saw and beam saw with CNC nesting, router and profiling equipment, a cold press for lamination, automatic edge banding, multi-boring for hardware, and an enclosed spray paint booth with drying, supported by dust extraction and compressed-air systems.

Does in-house manufacturing improve the finish?

Yes. Machine cutting and boring give square panels and precise joints, automatic edge banding produces seamless edges that resist peeling, and our own paint booth delivers a consistent, durable finish with no transit damage.

Can you handle both standard and custom pieces?

Yes. Our machinery handles repeatable modular components efficiently, while the same setup lets us produce custom sizes and finishes when a project needs bespoke elements.

Where do you deliver from the unit?

Our unit is in Delhi NCR and we manufacture and deliver for projects across Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida, as well as for out-of-state projects elsewhere in India.
